  • SheepCRM Calendar Events: A comprehensive event management tool enabling seamless planning and scheduling through an intuitive visual interface.

  • SheepCRM Help Launcher Guide: A context-sensitive guidance system providing real-time support, Intercom integration, and micro-service monitoring, significantly enhancing user experience.

Beyond feature development, responsibilities included managing Intercom tickets, implementing client-facing hot fixes, and streamlining operational workflows. Leveraging modern tools and frameworks, I contributed to SheepCRM’s mission of simplifying administrative tasks and supporting organizational growth.
